1. The Agreement
Welcome to Agentic Ant Nest Ops, LLC ("The Company"). By accessing our Cognitive Enterprise OS, you agree to be bound by these terms. We are building the operating system for the autonomous economy. It's powerful, experimental, and designed for those who move fast.
2. Beta & Experimental Nature
IMPORTANT: You are accessing a Beta environment. The Swarm is autonomous. While grounded by CoreSentinel, outputs may vary. You accept that this technology is strictly "As Is" and "As Available".
We relentlessly iterate. Features may ship, break, or vanish without notice. We prioritize velocity and capabilities over legacy stability during this phase.
3. Intellectual Property
- Your Inputs: You retain ownership of your strategic intent and data.
- Our Systems: The Swarm architecture, Hive Memory patterns, and underlying models remain the exclusive property of Agentic Ant Nest Ops, LLC.
- Feedback: If you provide feedback, we can use it freely to upgrade the OS.
4. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for the consequences of your autonomous agents' actions. You are the Commander. We provide the infrastructure; you provide the orders. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not use the Swarm for illegal acts, interference with critical infrastructure, or generating harm. CoreSentinel monitors for policy violations. We reserve the right to terminate access instantly for violators.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any innovation disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration.
