2. Context Collection

To empower your Swarm, we ingest:

• Operational Context: Rules, documents, and historical decisions needed for RAG retrieval.
• Execution Logs: Every action taken by a worker is logged to the Audit Trail for your governance.
• User Signals: Interaction patterns to optimize the graph routing.

3. Usage & Learning

We use data to:

• Execute your commands via LLMs.
• Ground agent responses in reality.
• Maintain the Immutable Audit Trail.

4. Sub-processors

We orchestrate the best-in-class models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and infrastructure providers. Data is transmitted securely and encrypted at rest. We hold our vendors to strict security standards.

5. Security & Retention

We employ military-grade encryption and access controls. However, due to the nature of blockchain-style audit logs, some execution traces are immutable and cannot be deleted once written. This is a feature, not a bug—it provides proof of work.
