These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the access and use of the Agentic Ant Nest website (the “Site”), including any Beta application forms, waitlists, briefing requests, and associated content. By accessing the Site or submitting information via forms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) Who we are

Agentic Ant Nest (“AAN”, “we”, “our”) operates this Site for informational purposes and to manage interest in our programs, products, and services, including early access, betas, and briefings.

2) Permitted Use of the Site

You may use the Site solely to:

• Learn about information regarding AAN.
• Submit legitimate requests (Beta, waitlist, briefing).
• Contact us through enabled channels.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the security or availability of the Site.
• Access or attempt to access unauthorized areas.

• Send spam, perform mass scraping, or use abusive automations.

3) Beta Program, Waitlist, and Briefings

AAN may offer early access, betas, and private briefings.

• Limited Spots: The Beta may have limited capacity (e.g., 100 spots). Availability may change without notice.
• Selection Process: Submitting an application or registering for the waitlist does not guarantee access. We may select participants based on operational, technical, or strategic criteria.
• Changes and Cancellation: We may modify, suspend, or cancel the Beta or its conditions for technical, legal, or business reasons, without liability towards you.
• Additional Conditions: If you are selected, you may be required to accept additional agreements (e.g., NDA, beta terms, testing agreements, commercial conditions).

4) Site Content and Informational Nature

The Site may include product descriptions, architecture, roadmaps, and high-level materials.

• The content is provided “as is” and “as available”.
• Any reference to features, integrations, or timelines represents an intent or product direction and may change.

5) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including text, trademarks, logos, design, graphics, documentation, and materials) is owned by AAN or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly authorized in writing:

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit the content of the Site.
• You may not use our trademarks or visual identity in a way that causes confusion or suggests affiliation.

6) Feedback and Suggestions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAN shall not be liable for:

In any case, AAN’s total liability related to these Terms shall not exceed (at AAN's choice) the amount paid by you to AAN for the use of the Site (if any) during the 3 months prior to the event, or USD $100, whichever is less.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AAN against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Site in violation of these Terms.
• The information you submit.
• Your infringement of third-party rights.

12) Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Site. In case of conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall prevail regarding data processing.

You may not use the Site if you are subject to applicable sanctions or legal restrictions that prohibit receiving services from us.
